How does it work?
IPL Pulse devices work like laser hair removal, but aresimpler and safer to use at home.
They emit wavelengths that target the pigment in the hair. The light converts to heat,destroying the hair growth cells.
This slows down regrowth and makes hair sparser, permanently reducing hair growthover time.
Using IPL Pulse in 4 steps:
Shaving: Carefully shave the area to be treated to optimize the effectiveness of IPL on the hair follicles.
Intensity selection: Select the intensity level appropriate for your skin type and the area to be treated, according to the recommendations in the manual.
Application: Place the IPL device against the skin, trigger the flashes of light and move the device to cover the entire area evenly.
Hydration: Apply a soothing moisturizing lotion after treatment to nourish the skin.

How does pulsed light work?
1. Activation of pulsed light
The HELOÏA PULSE emits an intense pulsed light as soon as it comes into contact with the skin. This light precisely targets the melanin present in the hair.
2. Absorption by hairs
The hairs capture this light and transform it into heat, which spreads along the hair to its base, at the follicle.
3. Action on the hair follicle
The heat reaches the root of the hair and gradually deactivates the follicle, thus limiting regrowth without damaging the surrounding skin.
