Absolutely! All products sold at Heloïa are 100% authentic and sourced from South Korea. We source our products from trusted distributors or directly from Korean brands. We also ensure that all the products you purchase are safe and comply with the European Cosmetics Regulation.

Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours by our team.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow each step of the delivery.
